PE Single-layer stretch film extruder machine
1- T-die head adopts special double-throttle design, so the thickness of the film is very accurate.
2- The extruder unit equipped with oscillation device in more to make the film more smoothly surface and tight.
3- The sub-machine with rail and control by motor. It can move the sub-machine freely.
4- The screw and barrel use 38CrMoAlA alloy steel material with nitrided treatment. The gear box is hardness surface titled gear.
5- The temperature use advanced automatic control system, which can accurately control the plasticizing precess. All of the termperature controller match with solid relay.
6- The Extrusion speed, Drawing speed, Winding speed are controlled by Inverter.
7- The machine equipped with digital meter counter to control the length of the film accurate.
8- Full automatically winder exchanging system and controlled by PLC program
